Event Description

John Charles is the President of the Portland, Oregon-based Cascade Policy Institute. Given Portland's status as a "model" for its use of transit-oriented development and urban growth boundaries, Mr. Charles is an expert on these policies and their impact on the quality and costs associated with living in Portland. At this event, Charles will discuss the policies Portland has adopted and how Albuquerque can learn from that City's experiences.

This event is free and open to the public. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
