From Bloomberg News: Grand Jury Probes Richardson Donor’s New Mexico Financing Fee. The Grand Jury in question is in Albuquerque.

I guess Denish might rethink her plans for being Guv. Even if Big Bill is ultimately exonerated, my guess is that B.O. will drop him like a hot potato.

I wonder if any target letters have been delivered. David Harris, who was head of the Department of Finance and Administration during the time in question, is cooperating with the investigation. He has retained Paul Kennedy and Mary Han. They were the attorneys who represented a key cooperating witness in the Metropolitan Court investigations that brought down Manny Aragon and crew. Harris then moved to the University of New Mexico where his name came up in the scandal surrounding Shannon Robinson's funny business with the women's rugby team finances.
