Bloomberg reports about it yesterday and it's BIG news everywhere...

If you want to know what's going on in New Mexico, you have to read the Journal. Period. Their investigative reporting is top notch. Even if you get frustrated with the paper being less than you want, it is a necessary tool for being an informed citizen.
