India Quits IPCC

This rising power wants "climate science, not climate evangelism."  But here in NM, our Governor is still leading us in the altar call, and bulding his own Council of Bishops on the Environmental Improvement Board, as Mike Hartranft of the ABQ Journal and I have been reporting (over at New Mexico Watchdog).
