DUI, DWI, ALCOHOL what ever you want to call the problem
Last Friday on "The Line" Jim Scarantino brought up the idea that a person with a DUI in their record should have their driver's license marked and that it should be illegal to sell that person any alcoholic beverage. I have advocated for several years that with the first DUI the license of the offender is marked with a BIG RED X on the front and anyone selling or serving that person alcohol get a sever penalty.
